MY KIEHL’S REWARDS

Terms & Conditions :

1. Kiehl's Membership, loyalty points, and privileges are non-transferable and can only be used by the member for the purposes described in the program. 2. Membership, privileges, and loyalty points are only applicable to purchases made at Kiehl's stores and counters (excluding duty-free shops) or online stores in Hong Kong and Macau. 3. Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment or membership renewal. Loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or until membership expires, whichever sooner. Expired membership and loyalty points are invalid. 4. Members must present their membership QR code at the time of purchase to earn loyalty points. 5. Members must have a purchase record within 12 months in order to redeem gifts with loyalty points. 6. Loyalty points and gifts are for the member's personal use only and must be redeemed in person. Members must present their membership QR code or use a one-time password to verify their identity when redeeming gifts. 7. Loyalty points used to redeem gifts cannot be accumulated for further use. 8. All redeemed gifts are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. 9. Each member can only redeem a maximum of 5 units of the same gift per calendar year. 10. 2nd Purchase Reward: Applicable only to new members within 3 months of their first purchase, and the purchase date cannot be the same as the enrollment date. 11. Recycle Product Reward: Only the return of empty full-sized Kiehl's product bottles, glass bottles, or refills are eligible for earning points. Travel-sized products, samples, and sachets can be recycled but will not earn points. This applies only to Kiehl's stores and counters in Hong Kong (excluding duty-free shops). 12. Refill Purchase Reward: Applicable only to designated refill products. 13. “Bring Your Own Bag” Reward: Each member can only enjoy this reward once per day. 14. Friend-Get-Friend Reward: Applicable only to Kiehl’s Summit and Everest members. Eligible member (“Referrer”) can enjoy 500 points upon referring a customer to register as Kiehl's new member and make any purchase on the same day to become Kiehl's member. Each referrer can enjoy the reward at most 3 times from 1st January to 31st December 2025. 15. Online and Offline Purchase Reward: Members need to make one purchase at a Kiehl's physical store and one purchase online between 1 January and 31 December 2025, to earn bonus points. Each member can only enjoy this reward once in 2025. 16. New Member First-time Exclusive Gift is only available for redemption on the day the customer becomes member. Customer can only redeem either 1 set of deluxe-sized sample x 3 (650 points) or 1 set of deluxe-sized samples x 5 (1000 points). 17. Social Binding Reward: Applicable only for the first-time binding with Kiehl's official Hong Kong social media platforms. Each member can only enjoy this reward once. 18. Gifts are redeemed on a first come first served basis, while stocks last. 19. Photos are for reference only. Kiehl's reserves the right to change the gift packaging, gift selection, or substitute out-of-stock gifts with products of equivalent value without prior notice to members. 20. Kiehl's reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Kiehl's reserves the right for final decision. 21. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
